Ingredients

  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150g)
  • tomatoes - 3.
  • peppers - 6.
  • yogurt - 1 2/3 cups (400g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • eggs - 3.
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • parsley
  • salt

How to make

Chop the onion, cut the peppers strips and stew them in fat. Add the tomatoes and stew until the water evaporates.

Remove from the heat and mix in the crumbled feta. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and add the beaten eggs and flour.

Sprinkle with parsley and bake in a moderately hot oven. You could put in some mushrooms too.
