How to make
Peel the potatoes, dice them and boil until semi-cooked in salted water.
In a separate container, heat the oil and saute the finely chopped garlic. Add the paprika, stir and pour over the potatoes.
Let the soup boil 15-20 min. on moderate heat. Remove from the heat and thicken with the milk beaten with the egg. Sprinkle with parsley.
