Ingredients

  • pork - 2.21 lb (1 kg)
  • beans - 18 oz (500 g) big
  • peppers - 1 red dry
  • onions - 1 head or 1 leek
  • pepper - to taste freshly ground
  • salt - to taste
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • mint - 1 tablespoon dry
  • savory - 1 tsp pinch
  • chilies - 1, as desired

How to make

Soak the beans the night before in water. The next day, put it in new water to boil. Once softened, add a little oil and the chopped onion.

Chop the pork in advance and sauté the bites. Then add the onion to the beans with crushed pepper, black and red pepper salt, mint and savory.

Boil the beans finished and optionally add one chili pepper.
