How to make
Soak the beans in cold water overnight and leave to swell. Rinse them the next morning, drain and put in a clay pot. Cut the meat into pieces and add it.
Clean the onions and carrots, cut the onions into crescents, the carrots into round slices. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, carrots, onions, chopped peppers, flour and all the spices to the pot.
Stir, pour in olive oil and enough vegetable broth to cover all the products.
Put in the oven, turn it up to 390°F (200 °C) and leave to cook for 30 min.
Once boiling, lower the temperature to 320°F (160 °C) and simmer for 2 hours. Toward the end, take the lid off and cook without it for 30 min.
