In a pan, briefly fry the sliced pieces of meat and set them aside. Cut the onion, garlic and carrots into rings, the mushrooms into strips, the potatoes and sausage into large cubes. Transfer them into a deep bowl.
Mix well with the spices. Grease a clay pot, put half the meat on the bottom of it and on top - half the vegetables. Top with the other half of the meat and remaining vegetables.
Pour in the wine, a cup of water and the oil. Close the lid and put the pot in an unheated oven. Bake on low temperature for 2 hours.
