Ingredients

  • pork - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • leeks - 6 sprigs
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs. pickled
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • red wine - 1 cup
  • oil
  • salt
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory

How to make

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and fry it in oil or lard. Remove and place in a plate. Fry the chopped leeks in oil. Add the tomato paste, spices and chopped green tomatoes.

Pour some water and wine in and return the meat to the plate. Leave it over low heat until only the fat remains. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
