"Here is a casserole you have not tried before"

Ingredients

  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • tomato sauce - 2 cup
  • canned beans - 16 oz (450 g)
  • tortilla chips - 3 cups
  • cooking cream - 2 cups
  • black olives - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • spring onion - 3 stalks
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs. (chopped)
  • grated cheddar
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to make

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees). Pour a little oil into a pot and fry the minced meat in it.

Mix it with the tomato sauce, reduce the temperature and leave it to simmer for 20 minutes or until the liquid evaporates. Add the beans and stir.

Grease a baking pan, crush the tortilla chips on top, so that an even layer is obtained. Pour the minced meat mixture on top.

Pour the cream over this layer.

Sprinkle with chopped olives, spring onions and tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.

Sprinkle with cheddar and bake the casserole for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.

The easy casserole with tortilla chips is ready.
