How to make
Cut the meat into pieces. Add the onions chopped into crescents, the chopped peppers and tomatoes, simmer for 15 minutes.
Add 2/3 cup (150 ml) of water and the spices, let it simmer for another 5 minutes on the fire. Distribute the mixture into clay pots, sprinkle it with crumbled feta cheese , bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the dish and break an egg into each clay pot, return to the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
