How to make

Peel the potatoes and slice them. You can quickly blanch them, by cooking them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Strain them and place the potatoes in cold water with icecubes, for 3-4 minutes. Strain again and dry on a clean piece of cloth. Grease a baking dish and arrange the potatoes at the bottom.

Dice or slice into stripes the chicken fillet, and season with salt and black pepper. Cook the chicken with butter for 3-4 minutes.

Slice finely the carrot and zuchini and arrange them on top of the potatoes. Season to taste.

Place the chicken on top of the vegetables and add the sliced mushrooms, seasoned with salt and pepper. Our goal is to create layers with all the ingredients. Add the processed cheese and finally the sliced tomato.

Blend the heavy cream, sour cream and wine togethter. Pour the mix evenly and bake in a preheated oven to 360°F (180 degrees) for 40-45 minutes. Season with thyme, rosemary or dill if you wish.

Sprinkle the grated yellow cheese and bake for a few more minutes.

Enjoy your meal!
