How to make
Cook the chicken breast in a pot with salted water. In a separate pot boil the potatoes.
Cut the chicken into small pieces, add the diced potatoes and mix them in a casserole.
Saute the mushrooms with butter in a pan, and add them to the chicken and the potatoes along with the olive oil and the spices.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and place the casserole in the oven for 10-15. minutes. Add the chicken stock and heavy cream and bake for 10 more minutes.
You can also grade some yellow cheese on top and grill until it melts.
