  • potatoes - 28 oz (800 g)
  • chicken legs - 2 - 3
  • leeks - 1 bunch
  • champignons - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • processed cheese - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 1/3 cup (80 ml)

How to make

Peel the potatoes, wash them, chop them and boil in water to which you've added 1 vegetable broth cube. Then mash them with butter and milk. Add salt.

Boil the chicken legs and debone them.

Braise the mushrooms. Add the leeks. Once the mushrooms and leeks are nearly ready, add the torn to pieces chicken meat and the mushroom broth.

Bake the dish in a preheated 430°F (220 °C) oven until the cheese gains a golden crust.
