  • flour - 3 1/5 cups (750 g)

  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

How to make

From the sifted flour, set 1/2 cup aside, for sprinkling. Pour the rest in greased shallow pot. Make a well in the flour and put in it the oil, vinegar, salt and 1 egg.

Pour 1 cup of cool water and knead a soft dough. Knead until pores are formed, then let it stand in a cool place for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into three parts.

Tear 10 balls from each part. Roll out each ball into a sheet the size of a tea saucer. Stick them 10 at a time with the semi-melted butter and put them in the fridge until the butter freezes. Roll out the first sheet of the 10 bonded crusts to the size of the tray in which you intend to bake.

Put it in a buttered baking dish, smear with the butter, add feta cheese mixed with eggs, cover with a second sheet, etc. Bake in a preheated oven.
