How to make
Prepare a marinade of red vinegar, crushed garlic, red pepper and oil. Mix very well and soak cubes of meat in it. This meat stays in the refrigerator for around 8 hours.
For the sauce- mix ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and sesame oil and stir well until the sugar is melted.
String skewers alternating meat and pineapple and bake on the grill or maybe in the oven, by spraying with cold meat marinate in the first 10 minutes after they are grilled- meat is soaked in a sweet - sour sauce and baked for another 2 minutes.
Serve with the sauce poured over.
