How to make

Dissolve the yeast in the milk and sugar. Make a well in the sifted flour and pour the yeast in the middle. Add the butter, eggs and salt. Knead a soft dough, if necessary add some water or a little milk. Otherwise, add a little more flour if needed.

Split the dough into 2 equal parts. From each part, shape boats with your hands, forming a high edge, put them on a greased tray, the thickness of the dough should be about 1/4″ (0.5 cm). For the filling, fry the finely chopped onions in the oil with the finely chopped sausage.

Distribute the filling into the boats. On top, distribute the olives, tomato slices and sprinkle with seasoning of your choice. Pour on some of the beaten eggs with the cream, but be careful not to put in too much.

Put the pizzas to bake in a moderate oven until done.
