  • basil - 8 leaves

  • tomatoes - 1 4/5 cups (450 g), canned

How to make

Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour the yeast with the water in it.

Begin to knead, while gradually adding the salt and sugar. Knead a soft dough, divide it into 5-6 balls.

Let them sit as is for 20-30 min. Then roll them out into thin crusts.

Mix the canned tomatoes with salt, black pepper and the finely chopped basil. Smear this over the pizzas and sprinkle them with finely chopped mozzarella.
