Why are you using the word SAUERKRAUT when you are using CABBAGE in all your recipes?
Sauerkraut is fermented cabbage. Your recipes use raw cabbage.

we use sauerkraut where it stays sauerkraut and not just plain cabbage. There are many ways to make fermented cabbage (sauerkraut) - that's why it looks like cabbage but in fact it is sauerkraut
