How to make
Place the sliced and seasoned chicken, pork and beef in a suitable baking pan.
Separately fry the rice in a little fat and mix it with the meat. Cover the bottom of the clay pot with the thinly sliced bacon.
Alternate layers of cabbage and meat until you run out. Pour the wine over them and bake the kapama in a preheated oven until all the products are fully cooked - it takes about 2 hours.
Serve the Kapama in a Clay Pot while it's still warm.
