If you have a habit of not drinking coffee in the morning, but at noon, that means that your risk to get sick from diabetes is lower.

Believe that thanks to researchers at the University of Sao Paulo in Brazil, who published the results their research in the magazine American Journal.

To reach these results, experts analyzed data from a study of the health and eating habits of nearly 70, 000 women from France between 41 and 72 years old. The study lasted 11 years.

During the study, the researchers stumbled upon an interesting subject. Namely, that the consumption of at least 3 cups of coffee per day was associated with 27% lower risk of diabetes. The risk is lowered by 33%, should you drink this black drink during lunch.

The caffeine and other ingredients in coffee as magnesium and antioxidants are the most likely reason.

Brazilian specialists note that both normal and decaffeinated coffee prove beneficial. It does not matter if you have it with or without sugar.
