One of the best and most nutritious breakfasts are pancakes. And who doesn't love a pancake with honey or chocolate?

There are many different types of pancakes that we can easily be made at home - pancakes according to a classic recipe, banana pancakes, vegan pancakes, protein pancakes and many others. With each of these varieties, you can satisfy even the most capricious palate and enjoy the incredible taste.

That's why in this article we will stop and look at the two easiest recipes for making pancakes, which are banana and classic.

1. Pancakes according to a classic recipe

Required products:

eggs - 2 pcs.

milk - 350-400 ml

flour - 2 cups

butter - for greasing

How to prepare: Beat the eggs well with a mixer. Milk is added to them and a little flour is gradually added. It should be beaten well so that no lumps remain. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, of medium density, place the pan on the stove and heat it up. Grease it with a little butter. If the butter is too much, you can separate it in another container and use it for the next pancake.

Put a small part of the mixture in the heated pan and spread it well. When the pancake is ready on one side, turn it over. When the pancake is ready on one side, it separates itself from the pan and this way you'll know, that it is ready. Serve them with chocolate, bananas or honey.

Banana pancakes

Required products:

bananas - 3 pcs.

eggs - 2 pcs.

milk - 250-300 ml.

flour - 1 and 1/2 cups

How to prepare: Peel a banana and put it in a bowl. Mash it well with a fork and add the milk and eggs. Beat everything well and gradually add the flour. Again, it should be beaten well so that no lumps of flour remain, but this time the mixture may not be homogeneous because of the bananas.

When the mixture is ready, heat the pan well and grease it with a little butter. Put a small part of the mixture in the heated pan and spread it out well. When the pancake is ready on one side, turn it over. Serve the pancakes drizzled with honey.
