How to cook
The beef is cut into thin strips and seasoned with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Pour the melted butter and fry in a pan, until it aquires a golden color. It is taken out.
In the same pan, add the chopped onion into strips and stew it, until it softens.
Add the sliced mushrooms and when they turn golden, add the sliced pickles.
Deglaze with the wine and leave it for 30 seconds, in order for the alcohol to evaporate and only leave its aroma. Add the mustard and tomato puree. Mix.
Return the meat back into the pan and pour in the liquid cream. It is flavored with black pepper.
The garnish is boiled and mashed mashed potatoes, which about 5.3 oz (150 g) of butter is added to.

Note: It is cooked in a thick cast iron pot over moderate heat.
You have to be careful with the salt, because they are flavored enough with the mustard and pickles.
I don't add milk to the mashed potatoes, just more butter.
