Homemade Wedges are perfectly seasoned potatoes, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They can be served with a suitable sauce, as a tasty appetizer or as a potato side dish.

These potatoes are a favorite for kids and adults alike. They are easy to make and great for barbecues and parties. Here's how to make homemade Wedges.

Necessary products /for 3 servings/:

3 large potatoes (russets are best)

1/3 cup olive oil (80 ml)

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon paprika

1/2 tsp. parmesan (55 g), can also be vegetarian

Method of preparation:

Heat the oven to 180-200°C.

Wash the potatoes well. Use a sharp knife to cut the potatoes in half lengthwise on a cutting board. Place them cut side down, then cut in half lengthwise again to make quarters. Cut each quarter in half again to make eight potato wedges.

Roll the cut potato pieces with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano in a suitable bowl. Sprinkle them with grated parmesan, which will add a little extra, rich, spicy flavor. Place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, skin side down.

Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Serve the Homemade Wedges with classic dishes like juicy doner, hamburger, breaded chicken nuggets and more.

Enjoy!
