Fried mushrooms in butter are very tasty and suitable as a beer appetizer. They are suitable both as an appetizer and as a side dish. Mushrooms in butter are an universal dish and are prepared extremely quickly. Here's how it works:
- The first step in making mushrooms in butter is to prepare the mushrooms. Wash them or, if you prefer, peel them and cut them into large pieces. If the mushrooms you use are fresh, you can also use their stumps, if they are not fresh, discard the stumps;
- The next thing you need to do is melt butter in a pan and put the mushrooms in it. Season them with as much salt as you like. Then they are mixed well and left to stew.
When frying, mushrooms should reduce their volume by half. Then add black pepper, paprika and stir. Leave the fried mushrooms for 2-3 minutes on the stove and then serve them.
Sprinkle them with fresh dill. In the pan, besides the mushrooms, you can also add garlic, which will give them even more flavor.
