For this purpose, you need one loaf of bread, 3.5 oz (100 g) of Parmesan cheese, 7 oz (200 g) of butter, 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano, 4 sprigs of thyme, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 parsley, 1 pinch of fenugreek and as much salt as you like.
The first step of the recipe is to cut the bread into slices, then rub the garlic with a little salt, until it turns into a paste.
The thyme and parsley should be very finely chopped, then mixed in a bowl with the garlic, parsley, oregano, fenugreek and salt. Finally, add the butter and mix.
The next step is to brush the slices of bread with the butter and sprinkle them with grated parmesan.
When they are well sprinkled, you can start stacking them until you have a whole garlic bread again. Wrap it with aluminum foil and leave it to bake in a heated oven for 15 minutes.
