How to make
Cut the washed and peeled orange peels into strips and string them on thread in curls. Bring to boil in 4 separate waters to soften and release their bitterness, then rinse and drain.
Boil the sugar with the water into a thick syrup. Add the orange curls to the syrup and cook to the desired consistency.
Just before removing from the heat, add the tartaric acid.
Distribute the hot jam into jars, close and turn them over. Optionally, sterilize briefly.
