How to make
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pot and fry the meat. Then sprinkle it with a little paprika and pour in hot water to cover it.
Boil the beef for about 1 hour and 30 minutes until it softens. Most of the water needs to have evaporated toward the end. Add the cleaned and chopped carrots and potatoes, sprinkle with a little paprika and flour and add hot water again, just to cover the products.
Stew for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are ready. Finally, season with salt, black pepper, savory, a little finely chopped celery and lovage.
A few minutes later, remove the potato stew with beef from the stove.
