How to make
Cut the beef into pieces and fry it in the oil evenly. Add the chopped onions and carrots to it and sprinkle it with flour and paprika.
Top it up with hot water, enough to cover the meat and bring it to a boil with the lid on for about an hour and a half.
Then add the peeled and chopped potatoes, salt and cook for about 15 minutes, until soft.
Season it with savory, chopped celery, lovage and black pepper to taste, stir, and remove it from the heat.
