Ingredients

  • potatoes - 5 - 6 pcs.
  • spring onion - 2 bunches
  • red pepper - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • okra - 10.5 oz (300 g) or frozen
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • universal spice - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • curry
  • black pepper
  • mint
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the onions and carrots and stew them in oil and a little water.

When the water evaporates and only the fat remains, add the flour and paprika. Pour a little water, while stirring constantly, so that no lumps form.

Now it's time to add the okra and all of the spices without the parsley. Leave it to boil on the stove for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and chop the peppers. Add them and boil all of the products until they're ready.

Once the stew is ready and it has slightly cooled, sprinkle it with finely chopped parsley.

The potato stew with okra is very tasty.
