How to make
First, I washed my okra, then cleaned it and sprinkled it with a little salt, then gave it a little stir.
Then I sprinkled it with salt, so that it wouldn't be slimy afterwards and set the okra aside.
In a suitable pot on the stove, I heated the oil at medium temperature and in the meantime I washed and cleaned the vegetables.
I cut a carrot into thin rings and dropped it into the heated oil, then mixed it.
Then I chopped up my onion and added it as well. I mixed for about 3-4 minutes and added the tomato concentrate.
Then I added the tomato, having previously peeled it and cut it into small cubes.
And then I added the tomato juice.
Then I reduced the heat and left it to simmer.
During this time, I cleaned my garlic and cut it into slices and put it in the dish and added warm water (about 1 cup), sugar and salt as well.
While the okra stew was simmering, I washed my okra and poured it in with the other products.
Then I poured more hot water to cover the okra stew.
After the okra and carrot softened, I turned off the heat and added the black pepper.
Finally, I served the stew with a slice of white cheese and lightly sprinkled it with parsley.
