How to make
The stew becomes tastier with fattier meat, but a little oil is added.
The mutton is cut into medium-sized pieces, put in a pot with a little water and as soon as it boils it is salted.
When the meat softens, add the finely chopped onion, paprika, finely chopped carrot and pepper.
A little warm water is added and the stew is stewed until ready on low heat.
For greater density, you can add 1 tbsp. flour mixed with a little water.
After removing it from the heat, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and chives.
The Mutton Stew is ready.
