Ingredients

  • peppers - 12, red or green (I used both types)
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • eggs - 4 for the breading + 2 for the stuffing

How to make

Roast the peppers and peel them, stuff them with the mixed together feta cheese and eggs.

For the breading: beat the flour, then separately the eggs and beer, add salt to taste.

Dip the peppers first in flour, then in the breading, fry them and drain onto paper towels.
