Ingredients

  • green tomatoes - fresh, or pickled green
  • for the crumbing
  • eggs - 1 egg yolk
  • soda - 1/4 tsp bicarbonate
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) of glacial
  • ice - 4 - 5 cubes
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)

How to make

Cut the tomatoes into slices and let them on an incline for 1-2 hours to drain the excess fluid.

Beat all products the crumbing in order, and finally add the flour.

Every slice of tomato is dipped quickly in crumbing and fried to a nice brown tan on both sides.
