How to make
Mash the feta cheese with a fork, add the cottage cheese, mustard and mayonnaise to it.
Stir everything well and season with the black pepper. Shape balls and roll 1/2 of them in grated cheese, the others in paprika and dill. Leave to cool in the fridge.
Arrange in a plate and serve with crumbled walnuts and a wine of your choice - white, red or rosé. Enjoy!
