How to make
Separate the egg whites, add salt and beat them into hard snow. Slowly and carefully add the finely grated cheese.
Add the salt and black pepper to taste, then stir gently.
The blended and shaped balls are rolled in eggs and flour. Heat up the oil and drop the balls in it. When doubled in size, remove and place them in a colander to drain.
Roll the warm balls in finely chopped parsley and/or sesame.
