Ingredients

  • zucchini - 4
  • tomatoes - 2
  • sausages - 2
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

  • eggs - 5
  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 5 tablespoons
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • dill - 3 - 4 bunches
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • spice mix - 1 tsp, vegetable
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Cut the zucchini, sausages and tomatoes into round slices.

In a tray, arrange 1 layer of zucchini, layer of sausages on top, layer of crumbled feta cheese, then another layer of zucchini and finish off with a layer of tomato slices.

To make the topping, start by beating the eggs in a bowl.

To them add the yoghurt, oil and flour.

Stir and add the spices - finely chopped dill and garlic, black pepper, spice mix and pinch of salt.

Stir the mixture well, pour it evenly on top of the veggies in the tray.

Put the tray in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 °C) and bake about 40 min.

The dish can be served as a warm main course or cold appetizer.
