Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 - 2
  • feta cheese - 1 cup, crumbled
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)

How to make

Dissolve the baking soda in the yogurt.

To the 1-2 slightly beaten eggs, add the crumbled feta cheese, salt and flour. Knead a smooth, soft dough.

Roll out 2 sheets from it. Cut out fritters with a sharp knife, or with a cup. Fry the fritters in a medium temperature oil bath.
