Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Pour it into a deep bowl and mix it with the oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough. Let it stand for about 20 minutes. Then roll out the crust, about 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick. From it - cut out diamonds or squares and fry them in preheated oil.
