How to make
Fresh milk is warmed, the butter slightly melted and flour sifted. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and all the products are used to make a soft dough that is allowed to rise. Roll it to a thickness of 1 cm, divide it into squares.
Place marmalade In every one, if desired, you can also put a little rum and cinnamon in. Each square is folded in a triangular formation, smeared with oil to prevent sticking as it cooks and placed in an oiled baking dish and again allowed to rise.
Bake in a moderate oven and while still warm, you can optionally sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
