Beat the eggs, honey and salt with a mixer in deep container, while gradually adding in the yoghurt, olive oil, baking soda and sifted flour and baking powder.
Heat about 2 fingers of oil in a deep pan or pot. Use a spoon to begin pouring in the dough in it.
Fry the fritters on both sides, then place on baking paper to drain away the excess oil.
