Ingredients

  • beef fillet - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • peppers - 2, red, roasted
  • tomato paste - 4 tbsp
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • rosemary
  • nutmeg
  • salt

How to make

Put a little oil in a pot and once it heats up, saute the chopped onions in it.

Once they whiten, add the chopped pieces of fillet to them.

Sprinkle the meat with the spices and stir. Fry 10 min. and add the diced and peeled peppers.

Add the tomato paste to the dish and leave everything on the heat another 7-8 min. Serve the cooked dish with mashed potatoes.
