  • potatoes - 5 - 6
  • carrots - 1 large
  • eggs - 3
  • feta cheese - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • cherry tomatoes - 10
  • cooking cream - 1/2 cup (120 g)
  • oil - 4 - 5 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • parsley
  • thyme
  • dill

How to make

Put water to boil in a pot on the stove and once it does sprinkle in 1 tsp salt. Peel the potatoes and carrot, wash them and cut into round slices 1/4 thick.

Put them in the water and blanch for 5-6 min., then take out with a slotted spoon.

Distribute the veggies in a glass cook tray about 11″ (28 cm) wide that you've oiled ahead of time.

Beat the eggs with a fork and a little salt, add the crumbled feta cheese, cream and black pepper to them. Stir and pour this mixture over the potatoes and carrot.

Add halved small tomatoes and put in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven. Bake until golden.
