How to make
Cut the meat into medium-thick pieces. Use meat with bone, it's tastier.
In a bowl mix the spices, wine and orange juice. Fresh-squeezed orange juice that hasn't been strained is best. Add the honey and soy sauce and stir.
Place the meat in the bowl and rub the marinade well into each piece with your hands.
Put the meat in a baking bag, pour in the marinade as well.
Tie the bag and put away in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Before cooking, take the meat out at room temperature for 30 min.
Turn the oven on to 360°F (180 °C) and place the bag with meat in a tray in it.
Bake 40 min., then take the tray out, remove the bag carefully and bake the pork belly ribs until golden.
