How to make

Chop the onions finely, braise in a pan with the oil. Add the chopped carrot and tomato and sprinkle with the paprika.

Add the mince with a little water and stir very well to break the mince into small pieces. Add savory and salt and remove from the stove.

Peel, cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them in a container with water to rinse away the starch.

Pour 1/2 the potato cubes into a tray with a little oil and spread them out evenly. Pour on the mince and the remaining potatoes on top.

Pour in hot water to nearly submerge the potatoes and bake in a 390°F (200 °C) oven until the potatoes soften and some of the water evaporates - about 40 min.

Take them out and pour the mixture of the beaten together eggs, yoghurt, milk and flour over them.

Return to the oven for the topping to harden and redden.
