How to make
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze them very well. Crumble the feta cheese, add the eggs.
Stir everything well and pour in some breadcrumbs, dill and black pepper.
If the mixture is too runny add more breadcrumbs. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and press it lightly into a schnitzel shape. Fry until reddened.
