How to make
Cut the washed zucchini into 2, then into thin slices for frying. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the yoghurt, salt to taste and pinch of baking soda. Stir well to obtain moderately thick mixture, similar to pancake batter.
Roll each zucchini piece in flour, then dip in the egg mixture and fry in heated oil on both sides until golden.
To a glass of yoghurt, add salt, grated garlic cloves and finely chopped dill.
Serve these tasty zucchini with the yoghurt sauce. They're fantastic, slightly crunchy. I absolutely love them.
