How to make
Sift the flour with the baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon. Add the sugar and mix.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the butter and dissolve the instant coffee in the milk.
Form a well in the dry mixture and pour the liquid one into it. Stir carefully.
Distribute the dough into greased cake trays.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
