How to make
Beat the eggs well with the sugar, then add the cream and coffee.
Combine all the dry ingredients and add them to liquid mixture while sifting them.
Add the chocolate, broken into small pieces and gently stir. Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 °C).
Fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way up and put them to bake for about 20-30 minutes.
