Ingredients

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • sunflower oil - 1/3 cup + for spreading
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • carob - 1 tbsp.
  • cocoa beans - 1 - 2 tbsp. in pieces
  • spelt flour - 1 cup
  • corn flour - 1/2 cup (fine)
  • oats - 1/2 cup (fine)

How to make

In a suitable deep vessel, beat the egg by hand with a wire whisk, until bubbles appear (if our egg is small in size - we can add one more).

Pour the brown crystal sugar to it. After adding each ingredient - stir, until the mixture absorbs it evenly.

Continue to add in the following sequence: yogurt with the activated soda in it, cocoa, carob, cocoa beans in small pieces and sunflower oil.

Then thicken with oats, spelt flour and fine corn flour, by sprinkling them little by little, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Grease the round muffin molds with sunflower oil and sprinkle them with a little flour.

Divide the mixture into 12 pieces. molds so that there is an equal amount in each.

Bake the muffins at 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes. They are very tasty and aromatic while they are warm.
