How to make
Stir the yogurt along with the baking soda in a bowl. As it activates, add the finely grated half of a large apple or a smaller one.
Next up is the carob powder, the oil and the white flour. A thick cake batter should be obtained. Grease muffin tins with oil and spread the distribute the mixture with a spoon. On top of each muffin I put pieces of peeled apple, from the remaining half or whole small one.
Bake the delicious cupcakes at 340°F (170°C), until they're fully baked.
If you don't have carob flour, you can add cocoa. It can also be skipped, then you will have healthy apple muffins without the chocolate flavor.
