How to make
Peel the tomatoes and dice them. Bake the peppers, peel them, remove their seeds and cut them.
Chop the onions into crescents.
Heat the oil in a pot, add the onions and braise 3-4 min. Then add the peppers, stir and braise them as well.
Add the tomatoes, sugar, salt and leave to simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the other ingredients. Once the eggs are cooked your dish is ready.
