How to make
Pour oil into a pan, heat it, add the finely chopped onion and fry it.
Peel the pepper, clean it from its seeds, slice it and add it to the onion.
Wash the tomatoes, peel them, cut them and pour them into the pan. Fry them briefly.
Separately, fry the flour in heated oil, add the white cheese, stir, season with as much salt and black pepper as you like and mix them with the fried vegetables. Stir the delicious mish-mash and transfer it into a fireproof tray.
Make a hole in the middle and crack the egg into it.
Bake the mish-mash in a well-heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes.
Tip: You can make more holes and add more eggs. The taste of this oven-baked mish-mash is great.
